This page is the canonical home for everything plan- and billing-related. Suggested sections to populate:
- Plans on offer — what tiers exist, the headline value of each, and how to choose between them.
- Included caps per tier — endpoints, notification channels, and any other plan-gated quantities. Other docs reference these by linking here rather than restating the numbers.
- What happens when you hit a cap — the user-facing message, the underlying database error code (
PT403), and the upgrade path. - How to upgrade / downgrade — UI flow, where to click, what changes immediately vs at the next billing period.
- Demo and free tier specifics — read-only behaviour, how to sign in to the demo account, what makes free distinct from demo.
- Custom / enterprise terms — how to get in touch if the published tiers don’t fit.
When this page is live, please also remove the placeholder language (“billing isn’t live yet”, “paid tiers coming”) from the linking pages — the audit added soft pointers that are safe to leave in place but will read better once this page has real content.
